I have written several books for my job so I know a bit about organization, style, etc. This book has a lot of great info in it. Being a resident of IL and interested in the topic, I gave it a read. Organization, as it is, makes it difficult to go back and use as a reference in the future. It also should have been written in an even more basic style and language. For example, I'm not sure my grandmother would have an easy go at understanding all of the contents of the book because she has no political background, but she might be interested in reading it just based on the title.

Easy read and very informative. Written in such a simple language that it makes one actually interested in understanding how laws and policies are made.
