This medium strength anaerobic threadlocker offers the same locking strength and sealing capabilities as our traditional blue threadlocking liquid. This wax-like stick is conveniently packaged in a seld-feeding stick applicator. It is well-suited for difficult repairs, as in overhead applications. It can be applied to a part even if assembly is to take place at a later time, making the stick for volume assembly. Removable with hand tools. Great for valve cover bolts, water pump bolts, oil pan bolts, drive shaft bolts, rocker arm adjustment nuts and carburetor studs.

I really like this product. Since it's basically a glue-stick made of loctite, it's a lot easier/cleaner for me than the liquid. I use it to mount bases and scope rings to my rifles.

Game changer for thread lockers. Where has this been my whole life? No leaks, no drips, just pop the cap off with you teeth and dab some on the threads and then click the cap back on. Like using a sharpie but more like chapstick. I have one of each strength and keep in my shirt pocket. It goes further because you use less by don't dripping, spilling, over applying.

I have battled with bottles for decades, never realizing I could get it as a stick!! It is so much easier and cleaner than bottles, and if others are to be believed, the sticks last longer.

I can think of some cases where I'll need a low viscosity liquid to creep into places, but 98% of the time this stick will work wonderfully.

You should be using this on everything that isn't in fluid service or too hot for the threadlocker.

It keeps bolts from backing out from vibration. The "glue stick" style applicator lets you use less product and it is far cleaner because it doesn't drip off of the bolt while you insert it into the threaded portion. I'm on my second stick in 5 years and I do a pretty fair amount of mechanical work at home. If you are a casual mechanic, this stick could last you a lifetime.

Great adhesive. Used to lock the bolts of my motorcycle swingarm spools so they don't come loose and fall off due to vibrations. I haven't had to retighten the bolts for over a month now. Easy to use applicator is very similar to a glue stick. I've read since the adhesive isn't in liquid form, it will take longer to dry out, so I'll return to this review whether or not that's true.

I had one of these as a free sample from a trade journal mailing list. Couldn't use it at work because it didn't have the right pedigree and certification papers so I took it home. Well now it's about 10 years later and I am buying another. Much easier to use than the liquid and less of it spills so it lasts about as long as a medium sized bottle. It's worth the extra money versus the liquid, don't worry about the weight differential. Just roll the screw around on the end of the stick and you're done. 'Blue' is nice compromise between keeping bolts tight and getting then off later. I use it for nearly everything on my Jeep to keep them from rattling loose on the trail. 'Red' is very strong and you will ruin small bolts, larger bolts 3/8 and up will require heat to loosen, blue - no heat and no ruined bolts. Stick with the Locktite brand, I tried a few other brands (of liquid) but they didn't seem to work quite as well.

Not the cheapest stuff, but a much better value when bought here ! I find this substance a bit better than the liquid for the ways I use it. One must be more careful in its application , for it is ALL TOO EASY to use too much of it ! :^D
