LOVE the crisp it puts on my cornbread 'pones.' I had seasoned it before I read that that was unnecessary. I use an avocado oil spray lightly before each use and bread easily comes loose. Then I simply empty crumbs and wipe clean and repeat. Easy peasy!!! Thanks for having this unsubstituable item.

Ok all of my cast iron is Lodge. I like it. I use it a lot. This is an interesting pan for corn bread sticks. This pan is probably one of my least favorites in the Lodge line because the stick. By the time you oil them down enough to prevent sticking, you have oily bread. Now to be fair I have used it twice. I'm not ready to give up on it, but haven't worked it out yet. It is an interesting piece in my collection and I'll keep it. As all Lodge sturdy and will last a very very long time.
