the apple pot takes some cabinet space, as well, unless you want to leave it out as a display all the time, and i don't. but if you have the room and you want another bread pot that will uplift your no-knead loaves, this is pretty good.
You can even pop popcorn in it without oil.
just be careful not to overheat, or shock with cold water, as this can crack your glazing.
Note: it's quite tall and sits on the counter and doubles nicely as a candy/cookie jar. I wish they came in different sizes, like a canister set, I'd buy every size they made.
