I bought this to use on my Weber charcoal grill. Wanted a cast iron surface for onions and veg's
but needed it to be modest in size as the grill is only 22". This fit the bill perfectly.
Throw some onion and jalapeno's on with a steak, Oh yeah Baby.....
Just be sure that you realize that this is a fairly small pan. Look again at the dimension's before complaining.

I'm writing this review while my 2 egg Frittata with chorizo is cooling down enough to eat. These are the perfect size for two egg... Anything you can think of!The seasoning out of the box is okay. The picture I have provided are pictures of what stuck to the pan without any oil or pan spray and a second picture with a generous coat of pan spray. I think if I season these four or five more times they should become much more non-stick. But, out of the box they aren't all bad. After I seasoned them myself in the oven 3 times they became perfectly non-stick with a little bit of cooking sprayThe overall width of the bowl is 5 in and the actual cooking surface is 3 and 5/8 in.These are great little pants and I'm going to buy two more for a set of four as every time I use them somebody else always shows up and wants one!I would buy more of these and give them as gifts as they are great little item . These provide a lot of bang for the buck. Just remember they're small one serving size, and make a great presentation for your guests. Just tell them not to touch the pan!

I tried different dishes and all worked perfectly.
After few uses I realized that the black color faded away a bit, but then a bit of olive oil after the wash as every other time saved it. I am still observing this and learning how to take care of this pan.
I never used extra oil. Just what was on the surface from seasoning. I used a bit of water for veggies. Meat didn't need anything since it cooked in its fat and juices(pardon me vegans).
Also excuse my hob. "holiday business"
