I bought the Layla for our teardrop camper because we have a red/navy inside our home in our entryway. The one we currently have is easy to clean (almost no pile, but still very soft), vintage-y looking, and durable. We walk on it multiple times a day, the dogs dribble water all over it daily as their water bowl is right next to it (another reason we needed a rug, to protect the floors from constant water dribbles) and its held up extremely well. I think I carpet cleaned it once lightly but otherwise a vacuum does the trick for cleaning. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because this new one (olive & charcoal) looks a bit TOO vintage. Like if you look close enough you can tell it's a printed rug and I never thought that about the first Loloi Layla rug I purchased. Maybe it's me but I feel like the print quality isn't as good on this new rug.

I have this in our family room, it would work well, I think under a dining table, in a foyer, bedroom or just about anywhere!
I bought a rug that was much more expensive a few months ago for another room. I wish I would have know about this rug sooner, I would have saved a lot of money!
I'm sure it will last several years as it appears to be well made. Its just one of those lucky finds!

What a deal! Its very pretty, exactly what I was looking for. Its not one of those hand knotted rugs that is a heirloom, it doesn't have thick pile, it wasn't a $5,000 rug. This is a rug that looks beautiful and is for everyday living. You could sweep crumbs off with a broom. It feels comfortable on bare feet, it is dog friendly, and it has so many colors in it that you really can't go wrong with matching it to your decor. It has both warm and cool undertones. It came in a box, all folded up. I was a bit nervous about creasing or strong odors as other reviews mentioned. But I unfolded it and it layer beautifully, and I didn't notice any odors. I ordered the Olive/Charcoal in a 9x12. I did buy a Mohawk Non Slip Pad to go under it just to give extra cushion. I ordered the pad in a 9x12 also, 1/4" thickness. It arrived at the same time. I had to trim the padding because it stuck out a little bit. I just used a pair of large shears and it was easy.By PS on November 25, 2022

The Charcoal/Olive is such a beautiful color combination. It looks like to me from other people's reviews that the rug's color can vary from prominently darker charcoal tones, reddish tones, or green/gold tones. I received one with more green/gold tones, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
I ordered the 9'x12' and measured it once I received it, and it is true to size.
It is a thin, low pile rug, but still soft and it also has a nice subtle cushion to it that is enough in my opinion to not need a rug pad. Another nice fact is that it came folded in a square box, and once unfolded it had no creases at all, and lay perfectly without any need for awkwardly placed items on the corners!
In my photos, the rug appears more reddish. But in person, it is more olive. Overall, I am just so so happy to finally bring my rug shopping craziness to a close and be able to relax in my living room with a stunning rug that adds style and coziness to my space.

I think the photos of the rug really do not do it justice. It is absolutely stunning and vibrant. It isn’t very thick, so you will need a rug pad if you prefer a cushy feel. It has the perfect vintage look to it, and for the price, it’s a good buy.
