This was my first book by this author and she made me an instant fan. I haven’t had a chance to read the first two books yet but at this price you can’t go wrong.
Love is beautiful –– Chelsea and Max
I really enjoyed reading this book; actually it touched my heart. The main characters are Max a handsome policeman with a heavy burden on his shoulder and Chelsea a therapist with her woman uncertainties. Two souls that meet in an unusual circumstance. Once their lives collide, their characters will change and mature and what was just a tepid friendship, because Max is Chelsea’s patient, gradually becomes a burning passion. This passion will turn into love that will grow stronger each day and all this will give them the strength to face their past experiences that have left an indelible mark in their heart.
I could go on forever but then I would spoil the entire story so I deeply advice the book because “love is beautiful”.
Abby has surely outdone herself in this novella which, in my opinion, is a treat for those who have read “Love is Beautiful”. Here Chelsea finally fulfills her girlish dreams but mostly the author proves how much a profound love can overcome any sort of conflicts from third parties. I simply absorbed every single word because it was so overwhelming. Now I really can’t wait to read Maya’s story.
Love is Crazy - What happened in Vegas – Dakota and Dominic
“What happened in Vegas” is the sequel to “Love is crazy”. Before reading this novella I had to read the previous book and I must confess that the encounter of these two wonderful people, Dakota and Dominic, totally absorbed my thoughts. Two characters, so different yet so very similar with their dreams and their way of observing life. “What happened in Vegas” represents the final step towards the culmination of their passion, a love so intense that leaves both of them breathless. If you think that love cannot survive the difficulties of life then I definitely advice everyone to read them both and let me say it, I just love happy endings!
Love is Everything – Maya and Hudson
I truly recommend this book…why so? Because life always holds many surprises and Abby is fantastic on dragging the reader through the story in first person, not giving the slightest chance to put the book down, still wondering what could happen next. Hudson is a gorgeous ambitious football player with his mind on the big picture while Maya, although having her life sorted out, is in search of a piece of happiness. Their meeting is a sign of fate. Their uncontrollable passion will lead at some point to a deadlock but only their sincere love will open a path towards happiness.
Love is Everything:
This was an interesting read for me. You can read this as a stand alone, but some of the minor details will mean more to you if you read the others. Like when it hits you that Maya is eyeing Hudson Knox at the bar. He makes an appearance in the previous book in the series, so if you've read it, you like me will be like OMG! Hudson is a major player, but a decent guy. Maya definitely needs some of what he's offering! This is also not a typical romance by any means. Neither one of them wants anything serious, so there are a few bumps along the way. There is explicit sexual content, and no violence.
Love is Beautiful:
I loved Chelsea in the first book for the way she loved and tried to take care of her sister. I fell more in love with her character in this book. Her doubts and personal demons make her so easy to relate to. I don't know anyone who at some point hasn't felt like they weren't good enough. She tries so hard to be perfect. Max is just as insecure and this makes them one of my favorite couples ever. They both have to fight their demons to make it work, and Max goes above and beyond in my book. This book tugs at the heart strings, and has you cheering them on. There is some sexual content, but the focus is more on the story and I love it!
Love is Crazy:
This book will rock your weekend. The characters are about as atypical as you can get. Dominic is a sarcastic world traveler, and Dakota is a sassy bartender. When they get together the sparks are flying. Neither is looking for the fairy tale white picket fence american dream. Dakota's sisters are trying to keep her out of trouble, but don't understand that she needs something different. The sex is hot hot hot and this book is definitely for mature audiences. I've read a lot of romance novels and this one was a refreshing change from the normal romance format. I thoroughly enjoyed the way this book surprised me.
