Great compilation of the best of Northern California! My husband laughed at me buying a travel guide book in the digital age. But after our trip, he really appreciated having so much summarized information and great recommendations on what to see, where to go and where to eat.

Had great suggestions for a family with young kids!

This guide was a terrific resource for planning our trip to see the redwood forests in Northern California, the coast, and wine country. And, it was a great guide to have handy while we were on the road. Its suggestions about what to see, how to get there, where to eat, where to stay, were invaluable.

Good overview of the basics. Especially helpful for figuring out where to go when we needed to change plans on the fly due to wildfires. Paso Robles for the win!

Has tons of trips throughout the book. You can get more information online or through other books, but this really is a great jumping off point that's filled with some memorable good trips and information.
