Brandon Lovin was born in Flint, Michigan on February 20, 1994, but was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio since the age of five. He started out with screenwriting before he realized he would prefer to write books. His first published book was "Lonely Voices" because of all his projects, it was the one he was most passionate about. He grew up in a blue-collar family, and he rides a Harley in the summertime, but will gladly sit out the winter riding season during the cold winters in Ohio. His goal with the books he writes is to touch, and impact the lives of as many people as he can, much how like books and film have impacted his life.

I was a little hesitant to buy cause the author only has one book so far but I figured I’d give a shot since it was pretty cheap. Really glad I did too. It’s a great book for seasoned readers and readers like me, who don’t necessarily read that often simply cause the way it’s designed or whatever makes it quick and easy to read through. It’s extremely funny and inappropriate but in all the best ways, and every single character is great, though I would like to know more about a couple secondary characters. I hope they explore that in the second volume when it comes out. As funny as it was, there were also a lot of serious moments, that at one point had me in tears. Can’t wait to read the second one when it comes out.

Horrible grammar errors!

Too many bad grammar errors, ugh. 'Someone said something to Tony and I" (should be Tony and me) and the ever offensive like nails on a chalkboard "would of" (there is no such thing as "would of", SMH, it's "would have" or "would've") all in the first few pages. May be a good story, I don't know, I gave up after slugging through sloppy writing and bad grammar, sorry.

This book is easy to follow. You feel like you’re having a conversation with the characters directly. Can’t wait for the next volume.
