to prepare. Dr. Stork is certainly up on the latest research ie fecal transplantation to cure C. difficile and possibly other conditions. It's also an easy and quick read. This is another book that proves that most of what is offered at the supermarkets is pure garbage. In simple language, Dr. Stork provides some formulas for improving eating habits, losing weight and maintaining optimum health.
