1-29-2017 This diet is AMAZING. Again, I have to confess that I have not been doing the exercises which would definitely make me lose more and keep me healthy, but I am still loosing weight. A year ago I weighed 170lbs. It took a year but I lost 12lbs. I weighed 158 when I started phase one so I didn't really have a lot more to lose. My goal was 10-15lbs over the 45 day period. I am on day 14 of phase one and this morning I weighed 151. That's 7lbs lost in 2 weeks. I am more than thrilled. My husband's birthday is tomorrow and we will probably go out for breakfast and dinner. I will try to order conscientiously but can't guarantee it. Now I know at least how to eat healthy with some excellent fulfilling recipes and know if I do pick up a few pounds I know how to get it right off. Dr. Ro, you are AMAZING. Thanks SOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!
2-11-2017 I'm now on Phase 2, week 2, day 6. I plateaued for a few days at 151 but for the last two days I have weighed 149. I can't remember weighing that low. People are noticing the weight loss and I am picking out more fitting sexy clothes. I am so excited. Just bought a new swimsuit also for summer. Getting ready for fun. Lose Your Final 15 ROCKS!!!
