This book hit upon issues I have always encountered on the mental aspects of the game.
Fast reading for avid golfers.

From start to finish the book will educate, inspire and entertain the reader in a manner that will leave you reading it from start to finish very quickly.
Incorporating the principles of mindfullness, gratitude and logic the reader embarks on a journey of self discovery in a manner few similar intentioning books have ever been able to achieve.
The educational experience is subtle yet direct and with explanations of implementation easy to follow.
Previous books talk about similar issues without truly aiding the reader, whilst the anecdotes in this book link directly to on course use and game improvement.
This book should be part of every coaches and students reading homework.
