This book...wow. It was really bad. There is nothing that you can relate to with this chick. She comes off as really stupid, you know, marbles rolling around in her head. Find it hard to believe she had friends and that she even went to school. Didn’t finish the book and didn’t really care what happened to any of them.

Lately I have read several of the reverse harem bully romance novels. It was refreshing for the three male leads to discover their attractions to the female Mc without weeks of taunting and abuse. The steamy encounters were excellent. I would have liked to seen a bit more anguish, torment, the transition from riches to poverty appeared to easy for Cora, the mc. I look forward to the next book.

I had Lost Boys on my To Be Read list for a bit because I am not the hugest reader of bully books, but I'd heard good things. Let me start this review by saying, for me personally, this is a bully lite or more of an enemies to lovers book. Once I started reading, I inhaled this story and stayed up too late reading, then immediately told several friends to add it to their TBRs.
Cordelia starts out wealthy and privileged, but she doesn't come across as snobby and you immediately get the feeling that she has a good head on her shoulders. Things change very quickly for Cora and her parents when her father is arrested and she and her mom have a drastic change in circumstances. I thought that Cora handled the change very well. She tried to adjust, to be flexible, to learn new things, and to adapt. She's also not close-minded and I think this was really crucial because the people she suddenly finds around her have very different perceptions of her family than she does.
The Lost Boys and Cora have CHEMISTRY right from the get-go and I really enjoyed even their initial, not-so-great interactions. The guys have not had easy lives and they each absorbed and handled their experiences in different ways. But they have some things in common - their loyalty/support of each other and their attraction/connection to Cora.
Lost Boys does end on a cliffhanger but if you're reading this review, great news! Book 2 is already out! I for one am super excited to see where this goes!

Yes! I can't even begin to describe how much I loved the chemistry between these character's. I though the main character was going to end up being useless but the author totally made her a bad ass in her own right! I can't wait to see what happens in book 2

I wasn’t too sure about the story when I started it, but once things progressed a bit farther, after the first couple chapters, the story sucked me in. This is definitely a story some people will like and others will hate because of its content and the things that happen, but I was in love and couldn’t stop reading. I love the relationship between Kace, Bishop, Misael and Cordelia. Yes it’s a different relationship, the Lost Boys owning Cordelia, but it makes things better for Cordelia at her new school by being protected by the boys and they very much protect her from a lot of things.
Cordelia’s life is flipped upside down when her father is arrested for fraud. Her and her mother have to move out of their mansion to a small rental house that’s pretty rundown while they wait for the trial and try to make the best of a bad situation. When Cordelia starts at Slateview High, she finds herself the center of attention, but no in a good way. She is bullied by everyone and they don’t try to hide their hatred for her because of who her father is. After two days of unveiled hatred from her peers, she knows she isn’t going to be able to handle spending her school days harassed and bullied by everyone. When the Lost Boys, Bishop, Misael and Kace offer Cordelia protection, she’s not sure she wants it if it means that she is theirs. Ownership for protection.
I’m excited to start reading the second book and I am also looking forward to reading more books from this author once I have finished Slateview High. The story was fantastic and I’m ready to read more.

This book is definitely worth reading. Watching Cora try to adjust to her new life with the help of the Lost Boys was making me excited to keep turning pages. I can't wait to continue reading their story.

Riches to rags. Daddy's in jail, Mums not coping, we're on the other side of the tracks now, from having money to nothing. 3 boys, The Lost Boys, first hating, then protecting, they're mine now as much as I am theirs. Awesome storyline, totally worth reading

Pretty good start. Cordelia is the daughter of the wealthy elite. Until that life is ripped out from under her and her father is sent to prison. It was kind of nice to see Cordelia facing things that many kids in the world have to go through. Her mom overdoses, she's forced to learn to basically take care of herself, her teachers and peers turn a blind eye. The lost boys take her under their wing. But in the end she risks them and herself for information. I'm super curious what the consequences of that night will be.

This book has you gripped from the very first page! There’s lots of mystery and suspense and emotions running high throughout.
Cora and the Lost Boys are complexed, interesting and deep. I feel we have only scratched the surface on what’s hiding underneath them and I truly don’t know what’s going to happen next or how they will be affected with how this book ended!
Looking forward to reading more!

An interesting twist on a well known and loved genre

Thoroughly enjoyed the fast pace of this book and the credible dynamics between characters I often find lacking in reverse harem romances. The threads this story has begun to weave together are compelling and I eagerly look forward to the next instalment.
