The Lost Heroes of Rock 'n Roll Paperback – September 28, 2004
About the Author
Jon Washington is a veteran of the Rock 'n Roll music business. Born in Rugby, England and raised in the large industrial city of Coventry, Washington first came to America as a part of music's 'British Invasion' in 1965. Since then, he has amassed an impressive array of credits as a singer, songwriter, musician and actor. He has recorded both as a band member and as a solo artist with great success over the last forty years, and still records and performs today. Jon's 2002 album, "I Can Feel The Love Comin' On" was nominated for a Grammy award. His experience and insight into the fascinating, and sometimes corrupt and tragedy-filled world of Rock 'n Roll music, is self-evident in his books, "The Fire Within" and "The Lost Heroes of Rock 'n Roll". As an author, he gives his readers the benefit of his years of experience spent making a living in the volatile world of commercial music. Jon Washington currently makes his home in Las Vegas, Nevada.
