these exercises help my body in small ways--strength
Although several of the exercises are basic crunches and sit-ups, this was still a great DVD. They take equally time to work your muscles and stretch them, and I certainly felt the burn and my muscles contracted in agreement. I did feel it in more then my abs, it certainly helps your arms and "seat" as well.
I haven't been doing this long enough to know that it truly will give me "hip hugger abs", but the DVD is motivating and mellow enough that I will try often enough to see if it will give me the results we all strive for.
I did the main 20-minute session and have yet to try the 10-minute bonus-blast session. I did a quick review of it on fast-forward and it looks to be a great workout as well, with moves that look a bit more strenuous then those in the main session.
