About Lotte Wild
Hi, my name is Lotte Wild. In 2009 I was diagnosed with an inflammatory auto-immune disease. The diagnosis changed my life. I became involved in finding out as much as possible about my illness. I researched and about a year later I found the O.M.S. programme which advocates a diet that
- avoids all saturated fats (that meant no more animal products, dairy, coconut or palm oils)
- no processed foods,
- is largely plant based,
- with the addition of fish and seafood (pescatarian diet)
Changing my diet and following the diet above is working for me. All my symptoms have disappeared as my body has had time to heal.
Unfortunately there were and to this date still are no cookbooks for people who follow this kind of diet so I spent the next 4 years learning to cook all my own meals and am now writing the cookbooks that are so badly needed for anyone who needs or wants to follow this very healthy diet.

As the recipes in the cookbooks follow the dietary recommendation of the O.M.S. programme the Lotte Wild cookbooks are especially suitable for people who suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and other inflammatory auto immune diseases. As the recipes follow a low saturated fat and dairy-free diet that is largely plant based with the addition of fish and seafood, the recipes in all the Lotte Wild cookbooks are great for people who follow other diets that are low-saturated fat diets. They meet any lactose intolerant diet requirements. All recipes offer a gluten-free option.
