"As Vironika shared her own story, I saw pieces of myself and pieces of the people I care about. Many times the book brought me to tears and I had to put it down. It was like looking in the mirror and there was a part of me that was used to not looking."
"For anyone who's tired of feeling angry, depressed, or hurt, this book is a beacon of hope! The Love Mindset is a guide to healing yourself, no matter how hopeless and complicated things seem to be."
~Christina Rasmussen, bestselling author of Second Firsts
"If I had two words to describe The Love Mindset, they would be: fresh and powerful. This is because when I read it, something grabbed hold of me like it was the first time I'd seen a book in 5 years!"
~Reuben Lowe, Mindful Creation
"Vironika Tugaleva's The Love Mindset is an authentic, brave and beautiful guide to a more loving self and a more loving world. A great gift of words for anyone searching for the sacred place of self-acceptance, self-understanding and self-love."
~Howard Falco, spiritual teacher and author of I AM: The Power of Discovering Who You Really Are
"In the midst of turmoil, this book comes as a breath of fresh air."
From the Author
This book was written in a time of epiphany - a time when I was struggling to understand why all the strands of suffering that had trapped me for a lifetime were, suddenly, coming undone. Since writing this book, I have re-read it almost 100 times. Since writing of this book, I have healed and changed more than I thought possible.
I do not think it is a coincidence that many of the reviewers say they've re-read the material, earmarked the pages, and highlighted their favourite parts. I have too. While the chapters are easily readable in a day or two, the lessons within will return to you for years to come.
I know, personally, how helpful this book can be if read over and over. I would encourage that for all its readers. Read it, engage with it, bring it to your life. After all, this is a book about you - and you're always here, in every moment.
As one reviewer said, "This isn't just something nice to read when you have time. This book is a must."
I do not share this with you out of ego, though I know it will look that way to some. I don't know if I believe that I am truly responsible for this book. I am only responsible for bringing it here. The lessons within are eternal and your deepest wisdom can be the judge.
I wrote this book to make the world a better place, one peaceful mind at a time. I hope one of those minds is yours. Each healed mind is another bright, shining light in the future of humanity. Don't give up on yourself. Keep on walking. Keep on reading. Keep on shining. You matter.

As I read chapter after chapter, all her descriptions, stories, explanations made a lot of sense intellectually. I was able to understand but had no idea what to do, where to start the practice of self-love.
I reached out to her from her website and managed to get in touch and she is a lovely person. I would go so far as to state that she is one of my guardian angels, sent by the Universe at the right time and at the right place. She was warm, infinitely graceful and welcoming and listened to me without judgement. That kind of safe sanctity to be vulnerable is a treasure simply because it is so rare. And because I cherish it so much, to me, it is a gift to share with everyone I come into contact with - to be infinitely kind, gentle and respectful of them - to love them exactly as they are.
One thing I definitely like is her description of her thought process through her stories, how she felt, what she did, the things that went through her mind. I could relate to everything because I am human too, and when you read her stories, you will relate to it too because everyone has gone through those thoughts and emotions to some degree. So this book will help you, even if you are not on a path of self-love because this is knowledge that will benefit everyone.
Her book convinced me that love is truly the only way to live. It heals, it strengthens, it nourishes and it is always, always gentle. To act without love brings about destruction. To live life without loving yourself brings destruction TO YOURSELF. Simple concept but it made everything else start to make sense to me. Why certain things happen, why I react to things in a certain way, why people act the way that they do; everything boils down to love. Pick up her book and read through it and I hope that life will start to make sense for you too.
If you are looking for WAYS to practice self-love, this book will give you the pre-existing knowledge needed. When the importance of love and self-love starts to make sense to you, then delve deeper into other books which offer concrete practices such as journaling about your beliefs, your past wounds, etc. etc. If you jump into doing things without really understanding what love really means to you, it is akin to flailing around in mud and you will most likely be frustrated with yourself. So practice self-love by getting this book first, for YOU. :)
It resonated with so many things in my life, but what it did more for me was to push me to take further action into getting into the love mindset.
I recommend this book to everyone, but I also encourage you to take action while reading or right after reading it.
Books like this might seem like a great story, but the action taken will give you the love and happiness you are after.
Take the challenge, do the work!
