Some of the questions can also be used in other contexts. I serve as a team leader among professionals. We can always benefit from learning more about each other so that we can work together more effectively as a team. I have used a number of questions for my team to grow in awareness of their teammates. I has been a positive thing -- and the team membes find it interesting and non-threatening.
Anyway, it was cheap and it caught my interest. Don't be surprised if one or both of you think it's hokey though.
Thanks for a great book!
