I loved the story and will continue to read Book II and III but when I went to Read Book I it was a duplicate of the book I just read under another title. I've never come across that before with the 100's upon 100's Amish Romance Books i've read. Very disappointed at that. Wrote author like I normally do to either praise or tell them of an error and did not hear back from her as of yet. First time that has happened also as authors are always writing their readers.
Great Story and looking forward to Book II and Book III but just don't be mislead like I was buying 2 the same book!

This was a different take on an Amazon novel which sometimes can get a little sweet. I don’t usually read books in one setting but I almost did this one. There was nothing not to enjoy. A little drama, a little intrigue, a murder, an innocent child, mystery, romance, what’s not to love about it. The Christian aspect was represented by actions but not so much words. Nothing to beat you over the head with but as my mom used to say, “actions speak louder than words.”

This is not the book I thought I was getting. I already have the book Love Finds You in Sugarcreek. When I ordered this book on kindle last week both it, and the one I already own were listed to order. When I tried to look both up today, after finding that I ordered a book I already own, I find that only this one is listed and that they are the same book published under both names. Now I am stuck with a book that I cannot return, as the kindle orders do not give you that option.

I really enjoyed the Hallmark movie based on this book and was even more pleased with the book itself! This story of paths crossing in believable ways, of people changing lives by living out their faith, and of healing and reconciliation is truly moving. I am sorry that the sequel chooses to terrorize the main characters, and will not buy it (if I want to be exposed to sick, warped humanity I can read a newspaper), but this volume can certainly stand by itself.
