I met Londin in St. Louis and immediately identified with her. I got her book and it was inspiring to me as I study and practice energy work as part of my business. Her book made complete sense and was easy to understand. I also plugged into some online things she had offered.
After reading the book I decided to start an accountability group for healthy weight with some business associates. We all dropped weight - anywhere from 8-18 pounds in the first few weeks. I have kept mine off and am getting ready to launch another group. I am also doing her Mindful Sculpt workouts and - wow - I feel the burn. I am excited about the body I am shaping in my mind. Amazing information, awesome motivation

Londin Winters and her book have changed how I feel about myself and how I live my life. No more starving and binge training, no more beating myself up when I "cheat" no more obsessing about every single bit of food I put into my mouth. There is another way, it works and it's all in this book! Now I can exercise and live in a much more loving and healthy way, without the pain and suffering of how I used to be. Amazing information, awesome motivation, thank you Londin for giving us this book!!!

After hearing Londin tell her story, I knew I had to have her book! I pre-ordered a hard copy, but I could not wait to read it, so I also bought the e-book! I am so glad I have reached a point in my life where the words on each page spoke to me in profound ways! I have been on a wellness journey for the past 12 years and this is going to help me move forward into my next phase! Thank you Londin for sharing your transformation and turning the light bulbs in my head back on!
