Some reviews say there is no place to clip the long strap, and I think they've overlooked the hardware loops that hold the dual shoulder straps. You're supposed to hook each end of the long strap to the opposing loops on each side of the bag. This is my only minor complaint. When the bag gets really heavy, the opposing side connections cause the bag to sit a little wonky on your hip.
This bag gets a lot of abuse and has for nearly a year now and is still holding up well. The leather is soft and for the price, it's pretty darn good. Doesn't have a ton of interior pockets, which I usually prefer, but this affords you some additional versatility. The only place I notice wear is on the leather loops that hold the hardware, which I clip the long shoulder strap to. I really hope they never give way. They are becoming worn and a bit stretched, but no tearing or splitting yet... And I really put this bag through the ringer.
So in short...I got the bag on sale..and the leather is really soft and the style is the same. I do like the bag..but I have my reservations about it being "authentic". Not sure whether I'm keeping it or not. So this in the future will make me wearing of buying from Amazon. I'm really disappointed about that part...as I really loved Amazon prior to this purchase.
The strap style on mine is very off from the product image. Mine features an adjustable sliding buckle as opposed to the hook clasp pictured. This subpar construction makes for a weaker shoulder strap that's not able to handle as much weight.
Just like LuckyBagFan, I've found that the interior leather tag on mine is completely different too! The bag I received doesn't feature the flower logo on the interior, but instead has a leather tag that features "LUCKY" in raised letters. It's also missing the "Italian Leather" tag underneath. Did I receive a fake or an outlet bag?
Before I purchased this bag off of Amazon, I went to check out this bag in person at the Lucky Store in my neighborhood. The Abbey Road bag I saw there was exactly as depicted in the Amazon product image. So why did I receive an altered bag? What's going on?
While I was on the Lucky Brand Website I also noticed that they were having a sale on all Accessories at 30% off. This means that this bag on the Lucky website is $124... vs. Amazon's $135.
Although not a huge difference, I decided to return the bag I got from amazon and purchase the bag from Lucky, this way I will not have any doubts on the authenticity by ordering it directly from the brand.
FWIW A review on Amazon said these bags were ripoffs & not the genuine Lucky Brand bags. I promise you they are; in a side by side comparison these bags are identical. If it's a copy (it's not!) it's a good one. But it's not. Order one, see for yourself! :)

I would expect more from a $150 bag!
