Pretty sure these are knockoffs

I should have read the reviews before ordering these. I was happy with them at first—so happy, in fact, that I ordered a second pair in Nude—but upon closer inspection, I strongly believe they are counterfeit. There are logo inconsistencies, the stitching is sloppy, and the adhesive on the sole is visible (see pictures). If I’m spending $50 on ballet flats (which, to me, is a lot), I should at least be confident that I’m getting what I paid for. To be honest, if they were half the price, I’d probably keep them because they’re overall decent shoes (hence why I gave them a second star in my rating), but a knockoff shouldn’t be nearly as expensive as the real deal (they’re only a few dollars cheaper than they are on the Lucky Brand website). And if they are, in fact, the real deal, then I’m extremely unhappy with Amazon’s quality control because they seem to be old and/or defective. Returning both pairs and purchasing them on the Lucky Brand website, which is what I should have done in the first place!

Stylish flats...but a bit painful!

I have been searching for decent priced, stylish, comfortable flats. I found these Lucky Brand Emmie flats and thought they would fit my needs perfectly. I received them last week and wore them for the first time today. The quality of shoe is very nice! The inside padding is sufficient and super cushy. I am usually between a size 8.5 or 9 so I ordered the size 9 based upon the reviews that these ran slightly small. The size 9 fit me perfectly! I was skeptical that these shoes would rub the back of my heel since they are a semi scrunch style. The only problem that I am currently having is the shoe is rubbing along the seam near the upper side of my foot. I have been wearing them for several hours now and the shoe is digging even worse into my skin to the point that I have to take them off while at my desk (I attached a picture so you can see the exact area). I am hoping that this problem will correct itself after wearing the shoes a few times to break them in. If not I won't be investing in any more pairs, which is very disappointing because they are perfect in every other way :(

I love these!!! I had cheap Target flats that I've worn for 2 years and they had holes and worn spots but were so comfy I couldn't give them up. Except I dress business casual and my shoes looked like crap. So I began shopping and couldn't find a reasonably priced, scrunch side flat that was comfy. Tieks were completely out of my budget, but I knew leather would hold up better. As soon as these arrived I slid them on and wore them around the house and I never even got sore spots on the back of my ankles like every other flat I wear. Usually my feet go through an initiation period with flats during which time I have to wear bandaids on my ankle bone but not these!!! I am a 10 and I got a 10 and they fit great, even with my foot being on the wider side. LOVE!!!!!

Update from 1 to 5 stars
The seller was quick to resolve the issue and I quickly received the new pair yesterday (2 days after I received the wrong box and after placing request for replacement). A brand new box of a pair of Navy flats for me! They fit as expected. The navy leather does feel stiffer than the other pair I already own but in a different color. Must be the tanning process. I own another pair in Old Lace and it was much softer when I bought it some years ago. Hoping that the Navy pair will soften up with use. As for the shade of Navy, it's really Navy Blue. Maybe even darker. You can check the photos below and have to squint to see which one is the black or navy shoe.

Just received this pair today. Ordered American Navy/Leather. Instead I received ONE shoe in Navy and the other shoe in black. This must have been a returned purchase. Somewhere out there there is someone walking around with mismatched colored flats or it’s sitting in the Amazon warehouse. Shouldn’t Amazon employees check the items first before preparing for shipment? One person was obviously slacking.By rvictoriad on January 7, 2018

Buyer Beware - Lucky Brand Shoes

These shoes arrived on Friday as promised; however these are not Lucky Brand quality. The leather is not soft and the stitching is flawed. The right shoe could literally fit on either your left or right foot. They appear to be seconds or shoes that were made incorrectly in their stock. I want to send back and receive a refund but there was not even an invoice/receipt in the box. Please contact me.

I whole heartedly recommend Lucky Brand flats in general, but with Amazons apparent quality control problem, you might be better off getting them straight from Lucky or from Nordstrom.

I am about 90% certain that the flats that I got this time are fake. I have gotten these and other Lucky Brand flats before and they have always lasted for at least 6 months to a year before wearing out. The pair I got three weeks ago already has a tear in the leather! And I have been walking less than usual, not more. I have worn this pair of flats maybe ten times. The lining also popped loose and the overall quality of this pair of emmies seems less than I expect from Lucky.By Victoria on August 31, 2016
