It flew by so quickly. Another gift to myself for the end of another school year. I like that it has ties to Adventure Time. I will be passing it on to my son. Like Adventure Time the female characters are not your caricatures/idealized "girls." They are quirky and have heart and come in a variety of personalities and shapes. That's why it's going on to my son. I think it's not only important girls get the message they don't have to conform, I think it's important for boys to get the message that girls are worthy of love, especially when they are more than a walking pinup. You know what I'm saying?
I'm really glad to see this wave of fresh comics that refresh the female ideal, especially when I grew up in the 80's with like Rogue and Storm, etc.

I think it is pretty cute. My 8 year old son thinks it's funny. My 4 year old daughter absolutely LOVES it. She belly laughs and asks for explanations on parts she doesn't understand. Although, I think she likes the 2nd one even better.

You will love it but it ends really quickly though but it ends at such a cliff hanger it makes you want to buy all the other ones

Very good quality. 12 year old daughter loved it. Very nice artwork on the cover.

I will have to continue reading the series but I was missing 3 pages. I am unsure if it was a glitch but if you buy this book it also may be missing pages....

My 8 year old loves this series. It semi reminds her of Girl Scouts.
