I collect Reborn dolls, and the outfit and cap fit my 16" preemie sized Reborn very well. I think there would be enough room to fit a slightly taller real baby as well, as there is some room to spare. Very cute! Reborn is of "Megan," and the artist was Bobbie Barker, at BB'z Reborn Nursery, on facebook.
