Pros: These feel nice in your hands, there are a large range of needle and cable sizes for less than $125.
Extra cables are relatively inexpensive.
Cons: My right hand needle tip wore down significantly after the first project, a bulky hat on US10, I had hoped that resin would prevent this.
The cable connectors are very long, yarn doesn't glide over them and they are hard to change out in the middle of a project.
The joins from the cable to the metal to the wood are not smooth; Yarn does not glide freely.
The cables bend where they connect to the metal and seem to stay that way.
Based on where these are manufactured and the style, I'm assuming that these are made by the same plant that makes the Knitters Pride/KnitPicks needles.
I would not purchase these again, but I will not be throwing them out.
Above all, I like the design - really beautiful and satisfying to knit with. I find myself admiring the needles while I knit.
I saw on Fringesupply.com that spare tips and needles are now available, which is great.
