Editorial Reviews

Lyn Buchanan digs into the heart of the "standards" issue. What counts as a remote viewer? How can we tell who really has credentials as a remote viewer and who doesn't? Is it possible to certify remote viewers and training companies? How do you manage to be credible to clients in the business world? Not all remote viewers will agree with everything he says, but he does pose important issues that will eventually have to be addressed by the remote viewing community. In the process he catalogs the classes his company, P>S>I> offers, and announces an organization he has founded to develop the professionalism of his graduating students. A very interesting treatment of problems with which the remote viewing community has struggled for years.

Leonard (Lyn) Buchanan, Sergeant First Class, U.S. Army (ret.), is the Executive Director of Problems>Solutions>Innovations (P>S>I), and the author of Seventh Sense.

Buchanan was brought into the government's remote viewing unit in 1984 and remained there on special assignment for the rest of his military career, retiring in 1992. In late 1995, when the U.S. government declassified its remote viewing

project, Buchanan's prior involvement with the project became public, as one of the unit's remote viewers, its database manager, property book officer, and the unit's trainer. As public demands for training and applications work became greater, P>S>I moved into the remote viewing field full time, bringing with it Buchanan's extensive databasing capabilities.

He is also a founding member of the Board of Directors of the International Remote Viewing Association.
