11/20/13 UPDATE: Been using this pig for a year an NO problems or regrets, just have had to replace the cutting wheel a couple of times [normal] they dont last forever and like a anything dull it just will not cut well, I recommend buying a couple extra wheels as they are available for a great price on amazon and toss in the bag which is nice and held up great. I'm a professional user and all the big box stores had crappy versions of this tool some were cheaper and a bunch were MORE expensive but were junk that I was NOT going to waste my time/money on. This is the one to buy.
I used it to cut 12"x24" tile and on the 24" cut, I found the cuts to be perfectly straight. It was fast and clean too. Of the 30+ cuts, I only got a couple that drifted at one end or the other and that was probably due to my fatigue. Got lucky as those were going under molding, so, no big deal. About the only thing I would improve on this tool is the cutter visibility. I did most of my cutting on the floor and it was difficult to line up the cutter exactly on the line. I moved the cutter to a table and that helped a lot.
My overall review for this cutter is that it is a solid buy.

It really does a great job, as long as you cut it right. I mean, smaller pieces are harder to cut, but not large pieces.Published 8 months ago by Empress Jewelz
Good design with case. Easier cutting than I've ever used.Published 18 months ago by KEI HIGASHIGUCHI
Easy to use for large tiles only. Worth the price. Durable. My husband loves his new tool. He said it cuts like a knife cutting butter. No damage to any tiles. Not for glass tiles.Published on May 26, 2014 by Teresa Cervi
I am cutting 12"x12" porcelain tiles. The first tile cut without splitting the tile after I ran it across the tile 4 times. It says to only scour it once on the box. Read morePublished on May 21, 2014 by Dominick Maisano
