Mag Tab has proven to be the best prevention thus far

After suffering from chronic migraines for years, Mag Tab has proven to be the best prevention thus far. Before trying Mag Tab I was getting a pre cranial nerve block (36 shots in the scalp) every 8 weeks. Out of desperation for something more effective, I did some research and noticed that Mag Tab kept popping up among reviewers as an effective prevention for their migraines. With nothing to lose, I decided to try it. It didn't work immediately, but after just a couple of weeks of taking it twice a day I noticed a difference. As time went on and adjustments (1 and a half in the am and 2 in the pm) were made I am happy to report that my migraines are down to about 5 a month. Not only have my migraines decreased in number, but they have also decreased in intensity. This supplement has worked wonders! My only regret is not trying it sooner.

I have been taking these for a couple years and they work very well for me. In the past I had always bought them at my local pharmacy and they would have to order them. I was delighted to find them on Amazon in this size bottle (60 tabs) and it was less expensive than buying them at my pharmacy. Very god product. I like them also because they are time-released.
