I was absolutely sure this was the best product of its kind around this price. They finally fooled the ol’ master on this one!
The first time we used it to clean our bathroom it worked flawlessly. No back breaking work required. It met and exceeded my expectations, and we spent the rest of the day admiring how clean the bathroom was. I was SO proud my hours of research paid off, and even recommended it to a friend. The room only required regular very light cleaning after that, so the steamer went in the closet for months.
THEN IT HAPPENED… it was only our third time using the machine, and the biggest attachment we used broke! Keep in mind this requires hardly any elbow grease like a mop would. The steam really does most of the work. That’s why we were shocked that this broke so easily. The hose “inside the floor attachment” became disconnected, and all the steam now shoots out the top of the attachment, making it totally useless.
There are many useful attachments, but this is the one you’ll likely use the most on floors, shower and tub bottoms, and large areas like walls. Of course it broke only 3 months after the 1 year warranty! It all looks good on paper, but I wouldn’t recommend it again. McCulloch should have had a great product here, but they skimped on quality BIG time with this particular attachment. We even took the apart and reconnected the hose, but that lasted all of ten minutes. Extremely disappointed. Yes, we had it over a year, but in the big picture it broke on our third use. Buyer Beware!

I have used it on everything it claims to clean . Let’s start with the outdoor items I cleaned , wheels on car they show the grim melting away with the steam well that doesn’t happen lol but it did when I used it with wheel cleaner . Used it on the grill once more not a huge difference .

I used it on ovens it did. A decent job With a little elbow Grease, it did take up wax someone put down on tile before me . I included pics of a shower I cleaned I was hoping you could tell from the picture. I tried it 1st alone with no chemicals I’m sure if I had the time I could of done it with no cleaner but with cleaner it still took me 45 min to clean this shower but in all honestly this shower was a hot mess :) , I have used it on stains on carpet and Furniture It did great ! Cleaned hardwood floors nicely.
All in all I like it I wanted to love it :/
The big problem of all with this is when cleaning floors every time you stop to move to another location to start again you have to unhook the trigger from the wand and let some of the water that’s in the hose or it will get you floors way to wet ! It’s a real problem I almost sent it back because of the water , I actually don’t use it on floors often because of the hassle.

As seen in photo the brush is pathetically worn after 1 minute of use. Not exaggerating.
The item does not bring the water to a boil - ive used ones that do and those are the ones you want.
You could wash your baby with this - thats how safe it is.
Do not buy if your looking to any real cleaning. This is for soft cleaning of shoes and maybe your leather seats. If your looking to clean your bathtub, sink or faucets, anything thea requires any kind of umph, buy another one. Definitely not this. Disappointed because I have a steam iron for my clothes and thst burned my hand from more than a foot distance from the nozzle. With this you can spray it on your hand directly and nothing. Very disappointed with the brush too! Just look at how it looks after 60 seconds. I bought this item based on positive reviews and that that by spending $200+ id be getting a good item. This compares to the ones that are $30 without a doubt.
