- When you use the reverse function, please press the "off" key first, and then long press the "reverse" key, otherwise it will not work.
- To protect the motor, the juicer will start working after 3 seconds when you press " Start " to hear the BI sound.
- It isn't recommended to use the juicer for more than 20 minutes, which will affect the motor use for next time.
- Do not place any hard materials, large seeds, ice or frozen products into the feed hole of the juice extractor.

Megawise Slow Juicer reviewFirst, I was worried this juicer was going to be loud because I have a meat grinder that is similar in design to this juicer and the meat grinder is VERY loud. However, this juicer is pleasantly quiet. My 3 year old daughter helped me juice fruit with this and didn’t complain at all and she usually runs to another room when we use our Vitamix.There are two settings, one for hard veggies and one for soft fruit. Although, I’m not sure if there’s any difference in torque, it appears to just be a high and low speed.I like that the chute and auger pipe are both clear so we can see what’s going on in there and if things get hung up. Which, we learned that we need to keep some fiber/skin attached to the fruits, otherwise if there’s nothing for the auger to grab ahold to the fruit gets “stuck” and just spins with the auger and doesn’t actually get pushed along and juiced properly. We learned this when we tried juicing a large lemon that I had sectioned and had removed all fibrous material beforehand.The juice strainer has very fine strain holes to catch and separate the fibrous material so you don’t have to sit there and remove seeds, just throw it all in and the machine takes care of everything.Disassembly is very easy and cleanup is a breeze. You could probably get away with dunking and agitating the parts in some warm sudsy water for a few seconds and then simply rinse everything off.For our first experience with a juicer, we were blown away. We got a bag of Fuji apples and just sliced them into pieces that would fit the chute. Threw them in and pushed down with the plunger and out came the most delicious apple juice I had ever tasted! Although it tasted like candy I knew it was healthy for me because we made it ourselves with ONLY apples, nothing else. And the leftover fiber and skin that was expelled also tasted great. You could snack on that while you finish juicing everything or you can freeze it and use in smoothies later.There are only a couple things that could make this product better:1. A slightly longer cord, it was a little cumbersome for us because we put it on our kitchen table to make the juicing a fun family activity with our kids.2. Include a booklet or pamphlet with at least a few juice recipes to start out with. Being new to juicing, we don’t really know where to begin other than the very basic, apple, orange, lemon, carrot, grasses juices etc.All in all, this is a great juicer that will keep you healthy because there is no limit to what delicious fruits or veggies can be juiced!
