Produktbeschreibung

Ideal für Umgebungen mit hohen Temperaturen. Die Silikon-Schutzbeschichtung (422B) ist ein flexibles Finish-Produkt, das eine Schutzbeschichtung für Leiterplatten gegen Feuchtigkeit, Korrosion und Temperaturschocks bietet. Es schützt und isoliert elektrische und elektronische Komponenten und Baugruppen, einschließlich Generatoren, Motoren, Transformatoren, Relais und Magnetspulen. Zum Sprühen kann Flüssigkeit mit M.G. Dünner Reiniger. Verdünnen Sie bis zu einem halben Teil dünner bis zu einem Teil. Beste Ergebnisse werden durch Auftragen auf gründlich gereinigte und getrocknete Teile oder Materialien erzielt. Es ist wichtig, dass Oberflächen frei von jeglichen Spuren von Fett oder organischen Substanzen sind. Bei Raumtemperatur haftet das Produkt in ca. 5-7 Minuten und die vollständige Aushärtung wird in ca. 48 Stunden erreicht. Die Aushärtung kann beschleunigt werden, indem moderate Hitze entweder mit einem Umluftofen oder Infrarotlampen angewendet wird. Wir empfehlen die Aushärtung in einem Umluftofen bei 65 Grad C für eine Stunde, aber andere Temperatur- und Zeitkombinationen können gut funktionieren. Die Wärmehärtung verbessert die physikalische Festigkeit dieser Beschichtung. RoHS-konform.

Premium Acrylic

419E is a 1-part, UL 746E certified, acrylic conformal coating. It cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework.

422C is designed for applications where both high service temperature and flexibility are required. It puts minimum stress on components during thermal cycling, making it ideal for applications that involve a wide temperature range. It provides strong protection against moisture, corrosion, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

Polyurethane

4223F is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset polyurethane conformal coating. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant, and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework.

4223F protects printed circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

Epoxy

4225 is a 2-part epoxy conformal coating. It cures to a durable, tough, semi-flexible coating with an excellent finish.

4225 protects against harsh chemicals, humidity, corrosion, oil, dirt, thermal shock, and abrasion. It also prevents high-voltage arcing, short circuits, and static discharges.

4225 is a promising choice where extreme physical and chemical resistance are required.and higher throughput are required. It creates a rugged barrier protecting circuits from humidity, corrosion, dust, thermal shock and high voltage arcing.

Urethane Acrylate

4200UV is a 1-part, UL-certified conformal coating formulated for rapid cure upon exposure to UV light. It is a low viscosity coating that retains high fluorescence after curing for ease of inspection, curing to a smooth, glass-like finish. The coating contains a secondary moisture cure mechanism that allows for curing in shadowed areas.

4200UV is a cost-effective option for large volume projects where both fast turn-around and higher throughput are required. It creates a rugged barrier protecting circuits from humidity, corrosion, dust, thermal shock and high voltage arcing.

I coated a PCB with this that will be used in a marine environment. This should keep it from corroding, ideally for at least a couple years but we’ll see. Salt is pretty corrosive.

This was easy to use and you can see which areas you are coating so you can find any areas that aren’t coated and give it a quick spray.

I used this product on a 24 year old PCB board for a gate controller. After cleaning the PCB board of old no longer conformal acrylic coating, I sprayed four moderately thick coats from all four directions. After drying over night, the PCB board looked more or less new. Back in the powder coated steel case, rewired, and good-to-go! Great product. Thank-you!

I'm using this product to seal and protect various PCB that will be outdoors 365 days a year. It's a great product, get the silicone coating, it's less prone to cracking and separation.

takes way to many coats .....

There is so much out there for yard illumination. However most all of these have bare circuit boards. This convenient conformal coating sprays on and a couple coats later you have a very nice layer that seals out the elements and protects your electronics.

I love silicone conformal coating. I put that **it on everything. I frequently use it to protect electronics I use unprotected, they're just exposed circuit boards, so there is a good possibility of me shorting something out unless I coat them (or put them in a case, but I'm often not ready for that yet). I generally try to buy the stuff with a brush that comes in a glass jar but the price on Amazon has been unrealistically high at currently $35 but was ~$39+ for months not long ago. Prior to that it was $15 which is still pretty expensive for diluted silicone. But people are willing to pay that much according to the sales rank of the item, so I don't expect much of a drop anytime soon. Soooo.....55ml jar for $35 or 425mL can for $25.88, guess which one I'll choose. Still have the old jars so spray it in and there you go, drops from $0.63 per mL to $0.06 per mL... 10 TIMES LESS and the added benefit of using it as a spray if you want, say on the back of a board. I didn't check the savings with the 945mL container, if there is any.

I love MG Chemicals and their products. Must have one of everything on hand at all times, just in case. Silver conductive epoxy gets expensive though.
