I followed the directions pretty closely. Started off by pouring each part into their clear measuring cups. Then poured them into paper coffee cups to mix and let settle for 30 mins. This allows air bubbles to escape to the top. Then I slowly and carefully poured the epoxy into the ballasts and kept going back to areas to pop the bubbles and add more as needed as it sat. Process took about 30+ mins per ballast because I was watching and waiting for bubbles to appear.
Curing time is a bit crazy at room temperature, 96 hours. Luckily I am in no rush and they have 48 hours left at the time of this review. They are pretty rock solid as is now though, a few tiny softer spots if anything.
I wish the price was cheaper but you do get what you pay for. I know these Denso ballasts should last a very long time, especially with this epoxy. I have plenty to do more, so I may venture out and do that, then resell those. I highly recommend this stuff!

Also this larger size comes in cans paint cans, not bottles. Should come with two large syringes but it doesn't.
however it is thermally conductive and resistively non-conductive so it does the job its intended for, just with cautions.

Does it work? Yes.
Is it worth the price? Barely.
Willing to spend a bit more and get 2x or more performance with less fuss? Look at Kona 870 in dispenser tubes, or nearly anything else in mix pots, like Duralco 4525.
If you don't plan on putting this in an oven to accelerate the cure, consider other options like MG Chemicals 834HTC which has a 24 hour room temperature cure time (haven't tried it myself, but the spec looks much better).
This stuff takes 4 days to cure at room temperature. or 2hours at 65C.
It works for most of my uses; as I have a temperature controlled heat skillet that I use for solder reflow.
Just keep in mind this stuff as a VERY LONG pot life.

For best performance, they recommend heating curing @ 65C/149F for 2hrs once poured... If you don't want to subject the component to heat, what I do is heat up mix for a few minutes just before pouring. It flows very nicely and minimizes bubbles.
