I love this little pan. Sturdy, heats quickly, I did use a little butter, but I could tell, it was a non stick coating. Cooked my 2 egg omelet perfectly, the lid fits like a glove. And the pan is not to heavy, but not flimsey either. Well worth the price and then some. If I take good care of this pan, via the instructions for med/high heat, etc. I think this pan will last a long time. It's exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Michelangelo for creating a very nice pan!

The best I’ve seen and used....but you must NOT put it on any higher than MEDIUM...I really don’t know if this is ABSOLUTELY necessary, but it works so perfectly, it’s worth the few extra minutes it takes to heat. Just loved sliding my egg out like you see on TV. Since it is so easy to clean, I can only assume it’s scratch resistant. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I purchased the 8 inch version of this pan first to replace a small pan we use daily. I was so impressed I then bought the 10 inch. Food slides out easily, handle stays cool to the touch. Appears to be far more durable than other non stick pans. I was reluctant to jump on the "copper" bandwagon because we all heard the claims made on the other non stick pans. Glad I took a chance on these.

This pan is a decent enough pan but to be honest I probably wouldn't have bought it if I had found it in a store. The pan itself works well enough as I would expect it to for a new pan and it comes with a lid which is always a win when you don't have to purchase one separately. Also the non stick coating seems to work very well on first use.

I was disappointed with the copper coating and construction. It's my own fault for not understanding it was merely a ceramic pan coated with a finish that appears to be copper but only in pictures because there is no way you would mistake it in real life. Also the handle while sturdy now is the type of rivet construction that you just know is going to give with time.

I purchased the pan mostly because of the name Michelangelo and I needed a small pan. While the pan won't break the bank I do feel like it should be priced down for what it is and given the fact I will likely be replacing it sooner than later.

I thought I would splurge on this beautiful frying pan during covid. It was a total waste of money. It is warped in the middle and doesn't lie flat, from the time I purchased it. And no, I did not submerge it in water when it was hot. Although very pretty, it is not functional. It also sticks. don't waste your money
