From the Manufacturer
This MSI-PRO 50120 Vertical Quick-Release Toggle Clamp is designed for bench holdfasts that require specific production clamping situations. It secures and releases the workpiece instantly with a light throw of the lever, features adjustable rubber pressure tips, and oil- and stain-resistant red vinyl or plastic hand grips. Maximum clearance is provided by the specially designed toggle mechanism. The U-bar and open-bar models are supplied with flanged washers, while the solid-bar models are supplied with weld-on bolt retainers. The hold capacity is 500 pounds.

Overall dimensions: 1-3/4" wide by 4-3/4" long by 5-1/2" high (with handle in vertical position).
Mounting holes: 1/4" diameter, spaced 3/4" by 1-1/4", total base footprint is 1-3/4" by 1-5/8".
Spindle clamping height: adjustable from 1/4" to -1/8" using the included hardware (you'll have to build a base adapter to clamp thicker materials).
Spindle (center) distance to edge of base: adjustable from 3/4" to 2-1/2".
Spindle contact size: 1/2" diameter.
Spindle tip is not replacable (it's fused to the spindle bolt).
Heavy duty construction (0.12" thick steel), riveted together.
Delivery is going to be hard to beat; I ordered mine on a Friday, it shipped Sunday (that's a good trick), and it arrived Monday via USPS.
Five stars for the product itself, but only one star for not including the dimensions.
I'm using a pair of these clamps on a fixture that I'm using to do pattern routing on my router table. Yes, you can stick a pattern to a piece with double sticky tape, but it's time consuming and often leaves a residue that's difficult to remove. If you have to do more than 2 - 3 pieces and you don't have to trim all the way around a piece, it's much quicker and easier to make a fixture with toggle clamps. One benefit to the vertical clamps is that when the piece is clamped, the handles are vertical and make excellent handles. The handles make the fixture easy to control and keep your hands away from the spinning router bit, which is always a good idea.
If you are like everyone else and want to make a few sleds and use these as holddowns for fiddly bits of wood or a jig, you will quickly get irritated with the silly bolt setup and lack of adjustable range.
I rate these as 5 stars for quality, but 1 star for usability and flexibility. This is not MSI's fault, they are building to a design, but save yourself the pain and get something like the Kreg Automaxx instead. Much better. I bought two and it was like a light came on... amazing productivity increase.
When MSI make an auto-model, I would certainly go with it. their stuff, as mentioned, is very well made.
I highly recommend these clamps if you have a project where you need to make multiple copies of the same item such as this.
