I'm pretty happy with it. It weighs next to nothing, the X-Large is plenty big for me, and it dries really quickly.
Be aware that it doesn't feel like a normal towel. It is flat and smooth without the terrycloth weave of regular towels. Thus rather than the full, rubbing dry you get with regular towels, I find you have to kind of 'pat yourself down' with it. Though it absorbs fabulously it still feels damp much more than a regular towel. If you can imagine it, the sensation is similar to drying yourself with slightly damp paper towels. It will get you dry as can be, but it doesn't feel luxurious like a regular towel.
It's not everyone's cup of tea, but it has great advantages if you can live with the new sensation.
The material is awsome, it dryes very quikly and handles a lot of water.

Too small and kind of uncomfortable to be worth the money. Buy REI's brand instead - they make them bigger and so much more comfortable. TPublished on September 21, 2013 by Lindsay

Just something I always want to have with me, as per Douglas Adams advice. It's small and effective, and works even as a bath towel in a pinch when traveling.
