My neck over the years has become finicky. I need to sit towards the back half of the movie theater because my neck won’t tolerate 2 plus hours with my head tilted upwards. When I fly I need to be especially careful with my neck. I have used a variety of travel pillows and the best results have been with the memory foam type. The design of the MZYSKJ Travel Pillow looked like nothing I’ve seen so I had to try it. This pillow is very well made with quality materials. The fabric in contact with my neck is breathable so I don’t get too warm. The adjustable strap gives me the right amount of support I need to be comfortable and keep my neck in great position. The material covering the memory foam is removable and can be washed. The sleep mask is contoured to keep light out without putting pressure on my eyes. The strap for the mask is also adjustable. The foam ear plugs are comfortable and allows peaceful quiet. All of these come in a carrying bag for safe keeping. I could pay double the airfare for business or first class (quadrupled) so my chair reclines fully, but I’d rather spend the money on other things. For me, this is the best travel pillow I’ve ever owned.

This thing hugs your neck so tight it is extremely comfortable, the memory foam feels great compressing my neck. I wasnt sure if i would like this neck pillow because it seemed a little too big but after sleeping with it the past few nights i cant travel without it. I can sleep sitting straight up and thats exactly what i wanted.

A previous memory foam pillow I owned, which was similar to this, had a problem. The back part that supports the back of the neck was too thick, so it interfered with leaning your head back against the head rest of your chair. But this model solves that! The back is only thick enough to wrap around your neck without creating too much of a buffer between your head and the seat. The sides of the pillow, on the other hand, are nice and thick, so they support your head if you nod off to the sides. I found the pillow very comfortable and the material is nice.
My only caveats are: (a) if you have a particularly small build (thin neck and small head), it might be a bit too large for you (b) if you are traveling in warm conditions, it might make you feel more warm.
That being said, I think it's a very good buy.

I have a difficult time sleeping on airplanes as it is, and my search for a good supportive neck pillow that allows me to rest in a natural position led me to this pillow. It is EXCELLENT. The strap allows you to adjust to a tightness that is comfortable to you, and on top of that, the contours of the pillow allow you to twist it to find a support angle that works for your comfort. This was something missing from other pillows I have tried. The strap is not bulky, so you really can twist it around you 360 degrees until you find the most comfortable position. Very happy with this purchase.

The shape and firmness of the memory foam are great. I am very much looking forward to using this on my trip. The material inside could be a little softer to the touch so I'll probably cover it with something while I'm using it. The texture of the foam is pretty nice, too. Squishy but supportive.

My main complaint is that this thing absolutely reeked of rubber off gassing when I got it. It smelled so, so bad. I let it air out on a clothes line for 3 days and it's still got a faint bit of stink to it. Don't buy this if you're expecting to travel the day you get it, it definitely needs a couple days of de-stinking to be used.

Very comfortable travel pillow. I got this one for the shape and the strap. I didn't want to worry about any Velcro possibly coming loose from the fabric or pulling on it every time I take it off. I was able to use my Bose QC 35 II headphones despite what others have said about headphones and neck pillows.
Now, I can fall asleep on a plane listening to music & not look like an idiot with a bobbing head (not to mention an aching neck)
(Now, I'll just look like I was in an accident & have a neck brace. Ha ha.)

This makes the third (!) travel pillow I've purchased, in preparation for an upcoming overseas flight, and I think I've finally found a winner. I wanted something that wouldn't push my head forward while sitting in an airline seat, wouldn't be so tight around my neck that it would feel like I was being strangled, and wouldn't feel hot around my neck after wearing it for a while. This pillow satisfies all those requirements. The pictures I posted may appear that this pillow is constricting my neck, but looks can be deceiving. It really is more comfortable than it looks. Besides, I can always tighten or loosen the buckle as needed to get the perfect adjustment.

I plan on taking this pillow with me in a couple of days, when I have to drive my husband to and from a very early doctor appointment, no doubt with little sleep beforehand. Considering the type of chairs they usually have in waiting rooms; i.e., not the kind you can lay your head back on and sleep, this pillow will come in handy to catch some ZZZ's while I'm waiting.

I'll update this review if I have any more insights to offer, but so far I'm very happy with my purchase.

Material feels great to sleep on, and pillow is also versatile for use outside of the plane. Used it for sleeping on friends couches which was actually much more comfortable and adjustable. Material build feels structured and much higher quality than typical ones you find at the airport stores. Definitely worth the money. Color also looks great and there’s an adjustable strap. Also comes with sleeping mask and ear plugs which make it super convenient for travel or normal better sleep.
