I needed a case for my MacBook Air and this gets the job done!

It has a smooth finish that feels a bit more secure to hold in your hand vs other textured/slippery finishes. Both pieces snapped on and off just fine with little effort. It’s also see thru so you have full view of the Apple logo, (I have the Space Gray Macbook Air) even with the black color on.

The black isn’t as dark as pictured, it’s really more of a dark gray. I’m still happy with the color though.

The bottom piece (keyboard) hooks onto four places, that’s to the left and right speakers, and two places below the trackpad. It doesn’t hook over any of the corners if you’re worried about that. Although, it doesn’t feel loose at all. It’s a pretty snug fit. It might still provide some protection, but I’m not too sure about a fall to the ground. There are also “ventilation” cut outs on the underside so it’s not completely encased.

The top cover on the other hand hooks onto four places as well. There are two clips/notches at the top of your screen, which by the way do NOT touch the actual screen. They sit directly over the aluminum housing. It does not hook over the top corners and onto the screen (as far as I tried, but I don’t want to force it.)
The other two places that clip/hook over are the bottom corners of your screen.

Most importantly, it goes back past the 90 degrees. I'm not sure what happened with that one review, but mine goes back as far the MacBook can go.
I think this was most important to me (and probably to millions of other people) when looking for a cover.

As a nice surprise, the name isn’t stamped or etched any where on the cover too. That’s another huge plus!

So far this case is great, except whoever designed it never put it on a computer before selling it. You cannot open the screen past 90 degrees with the lowercase installed. I had to dremel the back edge of the protector off in order for the screen to open past 90 degrees. So if you're not willing to break out a Dremel and sand it down, your screen will not open past 90 degrees and you may damage the hinge of your laptop. I've never used a laptop at 90 degrees, and I don't know anyone that does. I did make several modifications to allow for the USB C adapter port to plug into my computer. I sanded on the edges just a little bit as you can see in the pictures. The case is super thin and does not add bulk to the computer. Now that I've done the modifications, I love it.

KUZY is the best! Don't buy any Other Case.

I've owned several hard covers. I've purchased and returned several because they were disappointing. This KUZY is my all time FAVORITE! The rubberized finish is perfect and does not show fingerprints. I love the feel of it! The fit is perfect but the best part is the FEET. They are twice the size of other brands and won't be falling off. Such a great feature. Usually I stay neutral with a color. I'm sure this case will last a long time, but when it's time for another I will be buying this same brand again.

I can’t speak for durability yet because I just got this today.

The material is nice. Easy to install. Still maintains the sleek, classy appearance of the new 2018 Rose Gold MBA. All ports available. No issues. Love it.

Update:

Still 5 stars because this is a great case. However, I discovered that my docking station will not plug in fully with the bottom of the case on. This isn’t the cases fault any more than it is the docking stations fault. No major deal for me as I will just keep the bottom off while on the docking station and put it on while traveling. But something you should consider if you use a docking station that might plug up tightly to the machine.
