What a thrill it was for me to read The MacBrides-Hannah and Ash by J.L. Petersen! The book is brilliantly written with characters that soon are embracing you into their family, it is written in such an intimate way.

I love the way Mrs. Petersen has the MacBride family so tightly knit. This family is ready to go to blows to protect one of their own without any hesitation, whether it be their sister, or their mother!

I really enjoy the setting of the ranch in Colorado. Living in the Foot Hills of the Rocky Mountains, I’m familiar with the area around Grand Junction and know how beautiful it is.

The challenge between Hannah and Ash presents itself almost right away and takes most of the book to resolve as both of them are very stubborn, and neither of them is great at talking about how they feel.

I truly enjoyed reading The MacBrides-Hannah and Ash by J.L. Petersen! I’m looking forward to reading the next story about Brand and Callie and I’m definitely going back to read the first book about Logan and RJ.

I highly recommend The MacBrides-Hannah and Ash by J.L. Petersen and give it five steaming hot cups of Reviews by Room With Books coffee!

I hadn't read the first book in this series before starting this one, however, that was not a problem. It reads well as a stand-alone. It was engaging and the characters were easy to get to know and to like. The closeness of the MacBrides family was endearing, and the way they rallied around and supported (not to mention protected) each other reminded me of my own family. It was very easy to fall into their world and to imagine the story as it flowed. Hannah is sweet and Ash is charming, it was fun to watch their story play out. This story does get a bit heated but is not erotic or excessively descriptive. I don't recall there being any language to watch out for either. Just an enjoyable easy read, fun romance, and overall great book!

A very good book, though I must confess that I liked book 1 best. Don't get me wrong, they are both 5 star reads; but if I were to pick a favorite in this series so far, I would pick book 1 so far. Although I am curious to read Brand's story.

In this book, it's about sister Hannah, an enjoyable read. Like the other book in this series, it's a solid story to enjoy. This involves Hannah of the MacBride family. She comes back from a trip to Paris with a rather unusual 'memento' of her trip.

It's a nice story, fun read.

If you have not read the first book, it’s ok bc although this is part of a series, it’s still a stand-alone. I think everyone would love to have a family like the MacBrides. I absolutely loved Hannah & Ash. This book is a great easy read & you will love everything about it!
