These macrame hangers are good quality, and well made. I should know. I used to make handmade macrame hangers, and a lot of them! These hangers are a close 2nd to the hangers I used to make. The cord used in these hangers is a littler thinner than mine were, but they are still good quality, and they look very nice. I have no doubt they will hold up for several years. Why would I buy macrame hangers instead of making my own, you ask? Because it is nearly impossible to find macrame cord any more, and I now have arthritis in my hands so doing the knots is difficult. I am happy with my purchase.

ffwd tl;dr - I would strongly recommend these beautiful hanging macramé planters (you can hang 8 plants in total!). I honestly cannot think of where else you could purchase this number of planters ESPECIALLY of this quality at this price point! Absolutely love them.

First of all, I didn’t realize I’d actually be getting so many plant holders - I thought you only got five and could assemble them vertically to your pleasing. What you really get is five hanging macramé’s, but there are eight plant holders in total!

The actual quality of the macramé is pretty mind blowing. The netting is uniform and consistent, the rope is strong and malleable without adding unnecessary weight. The designs are well thought out - the knotting and twisting is well proportioned and visually balanced from the ceiling loop hook to the tassels for each hanger.

Regarding the loop(s) at the apex of the hangers that hang from the ceiling hook: these are very tightly knotted and sturdy. From planter to planter, each ceiling loop is slightly different in diameter to take account for the different weight that each planter is expected to have to bear. This might not seem like a big deal, but I guarantee you it does make a world of difference visually and structurally.

The S-shaped hooks are very sturdy and I did not have to purchase additional hooks.

The ceiling hooks are ALSO very sturdy, and I unnecessarily went and purchased additional ceiling hooks in advance from a local hardware store, but then returned them once I realized that the ceiling screw hooks that came with these planters were sufficient to hang the planters from the ceiling.

The color is lovely, a nice off-white that does not look aged or unclean. They look and feel very durable and high-quality.

Each macramé hanging planter has a slightly different knotting design so that they are visually coordinating in appearance but individually are unique.

Hanging planters can hold small pots to what I would say is medium to large pots (I have a 10 inch planter hanging in one), and have had no problem whatsoever since I hung these about three months ago.

If you’re on the fence about whether or not to purchase these, I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about them other than that eventually people will probably catch on, and these babies are going to sell out! Do it, give your plants the life they deserve!
