I bought this product from Costco and really love it. Then I purchased couple times from Amazon and they seem to have the same quality. The last shipment however is arrived warm bottles, biome-balls mixed up and I am not sure about it’s quality consistency any more.
This shipment was not packaged in a shipping box or bag. It was shipped with the product’s own box. The weather has been hot and the package felt really warm when I received it. The biome-ball in all the bottles are separated and not merged back even after a few hours of sitting in the frig. I am attaching the photos of the packaging, the comparison of this shipment product and the one I have at home. On the package it states that this product should stay in a cool place because it contains live microbial organism. Usually after shake and use and let it sit for a few minutes, those biome-ball would merge back .
I can’t tell if the quality of this shipment is damaged. Hence I haven’t decided to return it. I will give it a few days to see if the balls will merge.
