My son (HS senior, cross county runner) is very serious about what he eats everyday, maintaining his physical condition as runner. It's quite a while since he stopped having dairy milk; instead, he goes with alternatives, mostly almond milk. He consumes one or two of 32fl oz almond milk every week. Being on a strict diet is not easy, but he readily changed it. But sometimes, little change helps because such diet lacks in taste, makes it harder to eat/drink everyday. Here, this Maeil Soymilk kicked in. We doubted in having this soymilk as his everyday-milk because we had tried to fail once or twice with one sold in Whole Food, but this Maeil Soymilk just worked. I think sodium made it. Compared to the Whole Food "organic" soymilk, which emphasizing unsweetened, this Soymilk 99.89% contains little more sodium % value per the nutrition facts, and I believe this is the key that worked out for him, giving different taste that made him have this soymilk rather almond milk, at least for a month so far. I asked him about it before posting this review, and he says it's just "OK" for him, which means it's more than OK!
I recommend to give it a try.
(It also reminds me of Korean traditional soy noodles; salt is the key to improve its flavor. No worries for salt. It's added only to boost the flavor of soy itself.)
