This little giggle jewel is another fun short excursion with the author's world and characters. I dare anyone to make a list of character names and read it out loud without constant giggles. This isn't a long read, however, there sure is a lot going on. Three buddies decided to take a break away from the family after a recent birth and before two weddings. Sunny should have taken the nap she wanted but noooo, the others wanted to make a stop before going out. That was their second mistake (the first being to start the trip)
They made the stop and then woke up far away from Reno. Where? Who are these—people? More important, how do they get home? With the strange things happening, will they get home?
Don't miss this new cozy journey with the girls. A hearty recommendation from me.
I voluntarily reviewed this advanced reader copy and I have not been compensated in any way.
It all started off in Reno, where an exhausted Sunny was dragged along to a fortune teller that her paranormal friends wanted to visit. With Sunny being a REAL psychic and not a fake entertainer, this was not something she wanted to do – especially since the mother-of-two would much rather get some sleep on this rare weekend away. She made snarky and negative remarks about every word out of the fortune teller’s mouth. When she leaned over and grabbed the woman’s arm, she got a vision and they all woke up in West Virginia in a ditch at the side of the road!
Sunny looked around. Her three shifter friends were all shifted to their animals and apparently could not shift back. Only Chav, her best wolfy friend, could communicate. With no other alternative, they headed for town. Almost immediately, their path was blocked by three cats – who suddenly spoke to them! When they tried to tell the cats where they were from, they found that none of them could remember! Reno was their last memory! How would they get home? Where WAS home? What happened to them?
This author writes amazing stories and this is another worth reading! I love the humor and craziness. The characters are wonderful and very likable. The story line grabs you from the start and takes you right into a very strange adventure. You won’t want to miss this one! This is only the beginning of a wild weekend gone very wrong! I was given a copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it. My comments reflect my honest opinion.
Lots of mystery in this super fun story in witch Renee George and her peculiar world joins with the world Robyn Peterman. It's super funny with lots of crazyness tossed in, if your into magic and shifters your going to love this one with its great characters and lots of humor.
Voluntarily reviewed a copy and I honestly loved it.
This was just supposed to be a girl's weekend away / Bachelorette Party.
How were they supposed to know that they would be sucked into an alternate reality ?
Now they are stuck in West Virginia, and they don't have any idea of how to get home.
The horror: in this reality, their town does not even exist.
Instead of wallowing in despair, they are going to show the town of Assjacket what they are made of.
With the help of new friends, they will find a way to return to their own reality.
This was a very fun read.
I love the crossover.
More crossovers please!
