I have used this product for many years and it has been amazing for helping with sleep issues, muscle pain, anxiety, & being "regular". This last bottle i received wouldn't dissolve, was all chalky in texture and gritty, and no longer worked. Now i have all my body pains back, restless sleep, & constipated. Did the formula change? If so then why???? Very disappointed!
Who needs sleeping pills when you can take this stuff. Our family takes a small does of this in warm water just before bed, along with some quality B supplements, and a normal human being just can't stay awake after that. It's wonderful stuff.
Changed formula / ingredients, or something. Doesn’t dissolve, feels like mouth is full of grit / sand. No longer works, return of digestive issues, body pain, restless sleep. At first I thought it was a bad batch but opened a second container and was the same. Have used this for years successfully, very upsetting of the change.
LIFE SAVER for pregnant woman with constipation! When I was pregnant with my first baby, I was anemic and had to take iron pill, got constipated, got hemorrhoid and OMG it was so hard to deal with.. now I’m pregnant with my second and so far I’ve been going to the second one every day since I started taking this at 19 weeks. I’m not sure if this is working for other stuff but making me regular is good enough for me!
Magna Calm is the best product I have found to help with restless legs. I can ride in the car, sit at meetings and relax at night with seldom having the awful twitching. I use 1 teaspoon in a cup of hot water just before bedtime.
