PRODUCT CERTIFICATION (1)

Compact by Design (Certified by Amazon) products remove excess air and water, which reduces the carbon footprint of shipping and packaging.

Compact by Design is a new sustainability certification created by Amazon to identify products that, while they may not always look very different, have a more efficient design. With the removal of excess air and water, products require less packaging and become more efficient to ship. At scale, these small differences in product size and weight lead to significant carbon emission reductions.

Important information

Safety Information

Children and pregnant or lactating women should consult their healthcare practitioner prior to use. Do not use if tamper seal is damaged. Consult with a healthcare professional before use if you are using antibiotics, cholesterol-lowering drugs, blood pressure medications, alpha-inhibitors or other medications. Niacin may cause a "flush" feeling including tingling, feeling warm, blushing or turning red (usually on the face, ears, neck, or chest). This reaction is more common for individuals who have not used niacin-containing supplements before, or for those who are sensitive to niacin. It usually subsides in a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the individual. You can reduce your likelihood of experiencing that reaction by eating a meal before or very shortly after taking a supplement containing niacin, drinking plenty of water, and making sure that your dose is appropriate. It may be best to start out with only a portion of a serving and gradually work your way up to your desired dose, allowing your system to acclimate to the niacin. We recommend that you consult with a healthcare professional for help determining the best dose of niacin for your individual needs, and that you talk with your practitioner about any side-effects your experience while using niacin.

Indications

Niacin Lozenges by Seeking Health provide 50 mg of niacin, also known as vitamin B3, a nutrient that is naturally produced in the body and is found in many of the foods we eat.

Ingredients

Niacin (as nicotinic acid) 50 mg. Xylitol, ascorbyl palmitate, malic acid, natural cherry flavor, and silica.

Directions

Take 1 lozenge as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Lozenge may be broken into smaller pieces if lower dosage is desired.
