I recently tried Magnesium L-Threonate capsules and I am very pleased with the results. The capsules are easy to swallow and it contains the original Magtein formula which is patented and clinically studied, so I can trust in the effectiveness of the product.
One of the things that stood out to me about this supplement is the high absorption rate and bioavailable form of magnesium, which makes it more effective than other forms of magnesium. I have been taking it regularly, and I have noticed an improvement in my cognitive function, and it also helped me with my sleep.
The 2,000mg per serving and 100 capsules per bottle are enough to last for a good while, especially considering that it is recommended to take 2 capsules per serving. The price is also very reasonable and I feel like I'm getting good value for my money.

I very rarely go to bed without taking Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate.

Simply put if I go to bed without it, I find myself awake at 2:30 am doing concentrated breathing, turning on sleep 💤 music, adjusting my pillow, and anything else think might do the job. So when I wake up the next morning groggy and tired, trying to start myday, I find I did not take my Magnesium L-Threonate before going to bed. I now keep the bottle on my night stand with a bottle of water. I use an attractive glass bottle with atight fitted lid so there are no spills. When I have friends complaining of not being able to sleep, I pull out my phone, go to Amazon, pull up my Orders and connect them to the product. It’s that important. It’s nice to have friends call me back to say thank you.
