Great customer support. We did not receive the first order, so they send a second at no Cost. My daughter got it for her and her boyfriend for Vday. Hers broke tonight, 2 weeks after wearing it. Easily fixable, but unless we get some stronger pieces, it will continue to break. Very pretty, amd her boyfriend even wears his. As Long as we fix, they wear and are happy. Lol

Hey I knew it was cheap, just thought I would give it a try for me and my fiancé.
But the magnets on the hearts don’t match them up well.
And it broke pretty easily.
If it was stronger and the magnets formed a heart every time.
It would be great!

Got this as a valentines day present for my partner and they broke almost immediately. Within the next day, my chain broke, and his broke at the clasp AND the charm fell off.
Absolute waste of money.

The men’s bracelet is nice and large enough for the wrist. The women’s is quite small and probably not the size of an average woman’s wrist. But it was cheap so what can you expect.

After a few weeks of constant wear, some of the size adjustment chain loops came off, still perfectly wearable. Not surprised as we're both rough on our hands. No other issues, the bracelets are great!
