5.0 out of 5 stars ONE MARVELOUS DELIGHT!!!
What a ride!Etta brought out all thrills and spills in this tough as nails, on pointrealism with twisting, coiling spins, bursting with emotions. The tension isthick, the drama intense, the danger and suspense is skyrocketing. Dealing withall the trials and tribulations, ups and downs, propel this baby to lifeskillfully. The characters are authentic and personable with depth andqualities make it easy to relate. The scenes are graphically detailed there'sno trouble picturing each scenario as they play and blend fluidly. Fantasticjob Etta, thanks for sharing this little jewel with us.

5.0 out of 5 starsCan they both learn to trust again?
This was anothergreat read by Etta Foster. Caleb and Alexandra are very likeable characters andyou want Zeke and Eliza to get what's coming to them for creating all theheartbreak and misery. It's a HEA with an extended epilogue that tieseverything together very well.
About the Author
Her studies and adventurous spirit led her to meet the love of her life in Lovelock, Nevada.
She currently lives there with her rancher husband and their two teen daughters.
She delights in writing about women who came also a century before her to find love in the West.
She got her first idea of a story while taking care of the horses with her loving husband. He was the one to push her not only in the actual riding, but in the exciting ride of writing as well.
Except writing, she enjoys making wooden handicraft artifacts with the help of her two daughters who by the way, exceed her.
Right now her daughters are teaching her how to connect with her readers!

What I liked:
• Caleb and Alexandra were well developed likeable characters.
• I liked the concept of a sleazy cousin wanting Caleb's ranch.
• That this novel was a clean read.
• The pacing of the story was neither too slow or too fast.
• This story had a satisfying ending
• There was lots of excitement which adds dimension to the love story.
I received an ARC of this story from the author. My review was voluntary and my opinions were my own.
The story has romance, cowboys, and a happily ever after – all delivered in a clean, sweet plot. As always, Alexandra Clarke has delivered a well-written novel that makes for enjoyable reading.
Finding her escape via an ad for a mail-order bride, Alexandra Clarke leaves her unhappy past behind in Virginia and, with a hope for a brighter future, boards a train bound for Montana and the unknown.
Although there are many questions about Alexandra’s childhood that are left unanswered, and there is very little in the way of character development for Zeke and Eliza, the love that develops between Caleb and Alexandra is charming.
I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.
The exciting thing about this book is Caleb. He is slow to love but moves toward it every day. He doesn't say much, but shows his growing love through his actions. Unfortunately he has a crazy cousin doing everything he can to make Caleb nuts. His wife is an issue, too. So big a problem that townspeople warn Virginia before she even knows they exist. The characters in this book are to die for. Even the bad ones are so clearly drawn you feel as if you are there. It is a slow moving book, but that works, it seems to draw out the movement, in a good way, though. I can't tell you have much I like this book. Read it yourself and find out. I recommend it.
I received a free ARC of A Mail Order Bride to Heal his Heart. All opinions expressed herein are solely my own.
Then to have the first girl that Caleb fell in love with to pick the cousin over him, I can't wrap my mind around it. That being said, they both got what they deserved in the end.
Now, Alexandra was so brave to go from Virginia to the wild west and find someone who would and could love her for herself. I give her a bunch of points for that. Having been told all your life that you are worthless has to take a toll on your self-esteem, but she didn't let that stop her from finding her true love and happiness.
I was so happy to see Caleb find her mother in the end and that they could be together for a long time. It doesn't make up for the past, but it can heal the hurt and only make the future better.
Thank you for sharing another of your fabulous books with me.
