WELCOME TO MAINAM AQUATIC PLANT : We are specialize in aquatic plants. With our experience, We have a plenty selection of live aquarium plants, premium quality, reasonable price and fantastic service. We use high technology, facility and equipment to maintain the water conditions to ensure that our live plants will be in optimum health. The Rosette Sword (Echinodorus parviflorus) is a more compact sword and is beautiful as a foreground or mid-ground plant. They have bright green leaves with a hammered-metal-like texture very different from most other swords. This variety is one of the hardiest swords and grows to an average height of 1.5-6 inches. Under subpar lighting, it remains shorter in height.

Pros: The plants were well protected in shipping. The roots had been trimmed (way too short, IMPO) and were carefully wrapped in foam with a lead plant weight. They were sealed in an air and water tight bag. The plants were healthy and pest free. This plant had new growth on it and I was expecting it to thrive.
Cons: Because the roots were trimmed very, very close to the stems it was difficult to get them to stay in the substrate. Because my two dwarf bushy nose plecos and the dojo loach love to root around in the substrate, I've had to replant this several times. Each time I had to replant it, it started to look sadder and more beat up. Some of the leaves started to melt. Longer roots would have definitely been a help to keep them anchored. I've been giving this plant some TLC and hope it comes back nicely.
All things considered I would probably buy from this seller again but I would also send a note to leave the roots as long as possible before shipping. If that wasn't possible, I'd purchase this plant from someone else.
Edit: Removing another star. Waste of $. My plant had 2 bundles, but one bundle had the roots cut SO shortly that the plant won't stay planted in the substrate. The tiniest movement from a fish, snail or shrimp makes the plant dislodge and float at the top. I was so tired of trying to re-plant it that I ended up just throwing it out. I still have the other small bundle that had it's roots which seems to be firmly planted for now but the leaves are already starting to look sad and brown. I'm sure I'll end up tossing that one out eventually too.
Great customer service also, replaced one plant that was exposed too much to heat during shipment, thank you!
