I bought these brushes on a recommendation from art instructors and it was a great purchase. I love these brushes as they absorb just enough water with paint and I love the feel of them, the hairs are soft and don't have too much of a springiness to them. The beveled end on the handle is one of my favorite features on a watercolor paint brush too. I'm glad I bought these.

I bought these specifically for watercolor painting. They have a decent snap and don't shed, which was my major issue with the last set of cheap brushes. The only issue I had was I had to trim a few hairs that got pinned back with the little tube cap, in all maybe 4 hairs so not bad. Hold a good amount of water too.

A good set of brushes for a beginner. They are used daily and are standing up quite well. They don't wear out, hold a goodly amount of water and return to their original shape once cleaned. Wouldn't hesitate to buy them again if it was ever needed.
