"Make us more innovative" is a great guide for the implementation of an innovation initiative in a large organization. The book can also be used to diagnosis how such an initiative is progressing and what some of the key factors to work on might be. Jeffrey Phillips provides a simple and excellent framework for assessing/planning 9 key factors required to make an innovation intiative succeed and flourish. The book is an enjoyable and quick read and I intend to use it as a quick reference in the future.
One of the best books on innovation that I've read. Simple, practical and easy to follow with useful examples. You'll be convinced that sustainable innovation is not just playdough and role playing, but rather about a repeatable, embedded process and in most cases, culture change.
